We understand that emergencies and crisis happen.

Please provide us with 24 hours notice so that we can arrange to care for another client during that time. Doing so allows you to avoid the fee for missed or late notice changes to your appointment.

P.s. Please give me a bell if you can't make your appointment (we don't want to charge a fee!) Fair enough right?

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given in any circumstances. You can however reschedule your appointment without penalty as long as notice is given within 24 hours.
