WHAT CAN I DO TO GET RID OF LOWER BACK PAIN?
The body is a super cool machine, and all pathways lead back to its super computer which is the brain and spinal cord. When joints or soft tissue (muscles tendons ligaments fascia) in our lower back don’t move properly, get stuck or restricted. The body will send pain signals and start an inflammatory process.

The next step to treating lower back pain is restoring movement. Something is stuck and the brain doesn’t like it. Once its moving better the brain will relax those pain signals will settle.
The body is nourished by movement. Joints and especially the discs in the lower back need movement to stay happy and healthy. Once movement of the joints and soft tissue is restored through chiropractic care. The next focus in treatment is generally movement awareness, coordination and stability.
