What is the difference?

Vertigo is often described as a spinning feeling.

Dizziness is more of an unsteady on your feet kind of feeling.

BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) is often noticed lying down in bed and rolling over then feeling dizzy. Or patients often notice dizziness when looking up or reaching for something.
