What’s the cause?
It’s important to rule out all the other stuff like

- High blood pressure
- Head/Neck Trauma
- Migraines
Balance is controlled by the relationship between your brain inner ear and nervous system
Sometimes small bones in the ear can get stuck and affect the fluid balance in the ear and cause you to feel dizzy
What’s the solution?
From a chiropractic point of view making sure the bones in your neck and skull bone are moving properly is really important
Chiropractors have been trained to performed specific techniques to help reposition the small bones in your inner ear which can help rebalance the internal pressure therefore relieving the dizziness
Sometimes dietary changes like removing excess amounts of salt can help too!!!
